Classes are complimentary for our hotel guests and are included with public pool admission.

Registered Resort Club & Therapeutic Exercise members receive a club rate. We recommend that anyone suffering from arthritis, chronic muscle and joint pain, or heart conditions, consult a physician prior to participating in the Therapeutic Aquatic Exercise program.

Combine water’s unique buoyancy and ease of movement with traditional yoga in our geo-thermal mineral pool. People of all fitness levels can safely enjoy yoga techniques to enhance flexibility, balance, and strength in body and mind.

Deanna Nilson

Sun Tree Water Yoga

Deanna has been a student of yoga for over 20 years.  She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in May 2021, 300-hour Trauma- Informed Yoga Teacher Training in 2023 and has taught Gentle flow, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative style classes.  She is drawn to yoga for the way it helps her feel at home in her body and calm her mind.  She is passionate about helping her students find their own unique benefit to mindful movement.  Join her in the calming waters of Temple Gardens.

Megan Welwood

Megan trained in yoga in 2016 with Bodhi Tree Yoga Studio in Regina. She loves activities that bring calm and ease to our bodies, minds, and hearts so naturally she is enthused to be a casual yoga teacher at the spa! She brings a gentle, accessible, and lighthearted approach to her classes and looks forward to practicing it together in our thermal waters.

Theresa Simon-Worobec

 An instructor for over seven years, Theresa brings a diverse range of teaching experiences to her yoga classes. She was introduced to yoga for exercise at an early age by VHS rentals from the library and gradually shifted her personal practice to focus on meditation and mobility. She strongly believes yoga is for every body and can be used to achieve many goals in health and fitness. In her spare time, Theresa cooks and bakes, lifts weights at the gym, spends time with friends and enjoys her acreage east of Moose Jaw with her dog, cat, and chickens.
